Immersive Art Wedding in Provence

PROVENCE

WEDDING

About the day

Lauren and Sevag celebrated their wedding in Provence at the iconic Carrières des Lumières, a former stone quarry transformed into an immersive art space. Surrounded by monumental walls and digital projections, their wedding unfolded as a cinematic and avant-garde experience, blending contemporary art, architecture and emotion in a truly unforgettable setting.

In mid-September, Lauren and Sevag invited their guests into one of the most extraordinary venues in Provence — the Carrières des Lumières, a monumental stone quarry carved into the heart of the landscape.

Towering limestone walls surrounded the space, creating a dramatic and almost surreal atmosphere. As light projections moved across the stone surfaces, the venue transformed into a living canvas, where art and architecture merged into a powerful visual experience.

The ceremony unfolded within this immersive environment, where moving images and shifting colors wrapped around the couple and their guests. The contrast between the raw mineral textures and the digital projections created a scene that felt both futuristic and deeply emotional.

Lauren and Sevag exchanged vows at the center of this artistic universe, their silhouettes framed by monumental walls and soft light. The moment felt intimate despite the scale — suspended in time, cinematic and profoundly moving.

The reception continued within the quarry, where long tables, candlelight and refined design elements brought warmth and elegance to the industrial space.

As night fell, the projections intensified, music echoed through the stone corridors and the Carrières came alive with energy, transforming the celebration into a true sensory experience.

Lauren and Sevag’s wedding was more than a celebration — it was an artistic performance, a bold and editorial statement where love, art and architecture became one.
