Last May, we shot a Provence wedding editorial at Le Hameau de St Remy in St Remy de Provence. Captured by Oh so talented Rory Wylie and styled by Morgane Planque from Big day and us.
This shoot was a way for us to bring forward the lovely Provence region. By showing its simplicity but also its elegance, through a carefully decorated table, lovely blooms, a simple yet elegant pink dress. But also refined stationery, we also wanted to bring forward stationary as it is such an important part of the wedding, the first glimpse guests will have into the wedding day, they need to represent in a certain way the atmosphere of the day.

The choice of the vendors was very natural to us, we love their amazing work, and they all corresponded to what we had in mind, refinement, delicacy and attention to detail.
Ylva Langenskiold did the makeup and Agnes Caneri took care of the hair.
When we first discussed this shoot with Morgane, we directly agreed on a pink dress, we both had that in mind. The dress is from the Ukrainian designer Cathy Telle. She suggested this silk chiffon blush pink dress, it is what we had envisioned, a delicate and refined wedding gown.
The aquamarine stone ring was actually my mother’s ring, I was so happy to be able to incorporate it in our work. Morgane from Big day added accessories and ribbons from Orchidée de Soie such as the lovely ring box. The aim was to use neutral colours for the flowers, Morgane created gorgeous arrangements made of white flowers, greenery, and a glimpse of olive sprigs.
The beauty of Le Hameau de St Remy spoke for itself, representing perfectly Provence.
